The history of Paul Andrew Property

Two markets. The same exceptional service.

Paul Andrew Property was founded in 1998 because we saw an opportunity that the market was missing. Businesses needed temporary accommodation that actually worked for the people staying in it. The hotel model was not it. The unmanaged short let model was not it. There was room for someone to do this properly.

Sally joined before the relocation side of the business even existed. She came in at 23 years old and has been here since before the relocation side of the business existed. The continuity matters. When a client picks up the phone they get someone who knows the brief, knows the history, and knows what good looks like.

We have never been the biggest provider in the market. The ambition has always been to be the most reliable one.
